Soft Crisis Stickers

Stickers don’t appear in iMessage+
Open Messages, tap the App Store icon next to the text field, then the four-dot grid → Edit → enable Soft Crisis Stickers. Restart Messages if needed.
Stickers send as small images instead of stickers+
Tap and hold a sticker, then drag it onto a message bubble to peel it on. Tapping once sends it as a regular image — both work.
How do I delete the pack?+
Long-press the Soft Crisis Stickers icon in the iMessage app drawer and choose Remove. Reinstall any time from the App Store.

Flow Era

iOS
App is crashing or behaving oddly+
Force-close and reopen. If it persists, ensure you’re on the latest iOS and the latest app version. Reinstalling usually clears it up — your iCloud-synced data will return on next sign-in.
My data isn’t syncing across devices+
Flow Era syncs through your private iCloud. Make sure iCloud Drive is on and you’re signed into the same Apple ID on both devices. We never see your data.
How do I delete all my data?+
All data lives on your device or in your private iCloud. Deleting the app and removing its iCloud data from Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage clears everything.

The animation is choppy in my browser+
Try a recent version of Safari, Chrome, or Firefox. Close other heavy tabs. On older devices, lowering the speed setting helps.
Audio isn’t playing+
Most browsers require a tap before audio plays. Press start once after loading. Check your device isn’t muted and that the browser tab has sound permission.
How do I reset my preferences?+
BilateralFlow stores settings in your browser’s local storage. Clearing site data for the page resets everything.

General

I was charged but don’t see my purchase+
Purchases are handled by Apple. Try Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → Restore Purchases inside the app. If still missing, email us with your order receipt.
