Soft Crisis Stickers
iMessage · iOSHow do I find Soft Crisis Stickers in Messages?+
Open Messages, choose a conversation, then tap the + button next to the text field. Choose More if you do not see the pack right away, then tap Soft Crisis Stickers. On older iOS versions, tap the App Store icon next to the text field, open the app drawer, then enable Soft Crisis Stickers from Edit.
Stickers don’t appear after installing+
Make sure the pack is enabled in the Messages app drawer, then fully close and reopen Messages. If it still does not appear, restart your iPhone and confirm the sticker pack is installed from the App Store.
Stickers send as small images instead of stickers+
Tap and hold a sticker, then drag it onto a message bubble to peel it on. Tapping once sends it as a regular image — both work.
How do I delete the pack?+
Long-press the Soft Crisis Stickers icon in the iMessage app drawer and choose Remove. Reinstall any time from the App Store.

Flow Era
iOSApp is crashing or behaving oddly+
Force-close and reopen. If it persists, ensure you’re on the latest iOS and the latest app version. Reinstalling usually clears it up — your iCloud-synced data will return on next sign-in.
My data isn’t syncing across devices+
Flow Era syncs through your private iCloud. Make sure iCloud Drive is on and you’re signed into the same Apple ID on both devices. We never see your data.
How do I delete all my data?+
All data lives on your device or in your private iCloud. Deleting the app and removing its iCloud data from Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage clears everything.

BilateralFlow
WebThe animation is choppy in my browser+
Try a recent version of Safari, Chrome, or Firefox. Close other heavy tabs. On older devices, lowering the speed setting helps.
Audio isn’t playing+
Most browsers require a tap before audio plays. Press start once after loading. Check your device isn’t muted and that the browser tab has sound permission.
How do I reset my preferences?+
BilateralFlow stores settings in your browser’s local storage. Clearing site data for the page resets everything.
Do I need an account?+
Free BLS stays open without an account. A clinician account is needed for trials, billing, saved sessions, note drafts, logs, and other premium clinician tools.
Who handles billing?+
Billing is handled through Stripe. BilateralFlow does not see or store card details. For access or billing help, email support@ckapps.co with the email address on your account.

General
I was charged but don’t see my purchase+
Purchases are handled by Apple. Try Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → Restore Purchases inside the app. If still missing, email us with your order receipt.
