ckapps (“we”, “us”) builds small, calming apps. We respect your privacy and design our apps to collect as little personal data as possible. We never sell your personal information.
Shared principles
Across ckapps products, we keep data collection minimal, do not sell personal data, and use accounts only when a feature needs one, such as clinician tools or billing. Where Apple’s App Analytics applies, you can opt out in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
Purchases or subscriptions, when offered, are processed by Apple or Stripe depending on the product. We never see or store your full payment details.

Soft Crisis Stickers
iMessage · iOS- What we collect
- No personal data is collected. The sticker pack runs inside iMessage and does not require an account.
- Where it lives
- There is nothing to store — stickers live in the app and are sent through Apple’s Messages.
- Third parties
- None. Apple’s aggregated App Analytics may apply if you have it enabled in iOS Settings.
Flow Era
iOS- What we collect
- Cycle, mood, and symptom entries you choose to log. No name, email, or account required.
- Where it lives
- All entries are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, data syncs through your private iCloud account, which we cannot access.
- Third parties
- None for personal data. Anonymous, aggregated crash and performance data via Apple’s App Analytics if enabled.
BilateralFlow
Web- What we collect
- Free BLS can be used without an account. If you create a clinician account, start a trial, purchase a plan, save sessions, or generate note drafts, BilateralFlow may process account, access, billing, and clinician-entered session data needed for those features.
- Where it lives
- Basic browser preferences may be stored locally. Account access, subscription state, saved sessions, and note drafts may be stored with the secure services that power authentication, billing, and app storage. BilateralFlow is not intended to store client PHI worksheet data.
- Third parties
- Stripe handles payment details. Authentication, app storage, hosting, email, and privacy-respecting analytics providers may process only what is needed to operate the service. Personal data is not sold.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your rights
You may request deletion of any data associated with you by emailing us. Because most data lives on your device, deleting the app removes it from your phone (or clearing site data, for our web apps).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the apps evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date.
